CA&F's Monday Mania ~ Book Inspired

Morning! Hope you had a wonderful weekend. Well, over at Club Anya & Friends Elaine is our host for Monday Mania with a book inspired challenge for a fun start to the week...

Hmmmm wander if you can guess my book inspiration ha ha ha?
These are my very twilight characters created from my collection of Greeting farm stamps!

And I couldn't possibly forget the addition of glimmering sparkle form Edwards skin oooooh!... Much sparklier IRL!

I've designed these bookmark's utilising the fabulous TGF washi tape by sticking it back to back, it's made a very wonderful ribbon, soft and quite strong!

Here's the bookmarks in use...
Now the love triangle between these characters prompted me to make two, both with a Bella one joined to Edward and the other to Jacob, now you can decide which team you're on tee hee!!!

I just HAD to put their backs to their fronts now didn't I? I've used my light box like this previous project to guess what the back of them would look like, (don't see much of them that way). Not sure on Edward's hair at all, looks bit mad! This picture cracks me up, ROTFL they look like a backing band, ha ha ha!!! They were lots of fun to make and would be a great gift I think!

Stamps: The Greeting Farm: Flirty Edward ~ Roll Call; W.S ~ Camille; Joseph ~ digi;
Ink: Memento: black; Copic: markers*; spica;
Other: The greeting Farm: Washi tape; double sided adhesive sheet;

*Skin: E000, E00, 11, 13 & R20, Hair: E47, 74, 79, 100, C-3 eyes: E57; Outfit: E35, 57, 50, Y28, YG91, 93, jeans: B91, 93, 95, 97, 99 and a little colourless blender!!!

So hope you pop over to Club Anya & Friend's, be further inspired!!!

Club Anya & friends ~ Saturday Sketch Challenge #27

Pop over to Club Anya & Friend's as it's time for another wonderful saturday sketch from the talented Pam...

I pretty much followed the sketch as it is! Creeper Wednesday is sporting a pink stripe in her hair today, in fact the whole card is pretty pink & girlie, LOL! I wanted to direct your attention to the washi tape ribbon, I have adhered two colours back to back, so now it's double sided and so very soft too! I stamped the sentiment in distress ink... it's probably the only time I wanted the ink to puddle on the stamp... so the image looked closer to crayon then pen LOL! The gem button is an authentic vintage button and I nearly ruined my Tim Holtz scissors trying to cut the loop off the back of it! phew!!!

Supplies: Patterned Paper: My minds eye: quite contrary;
Stamps: The Greeting Farm: Creeper Wednesday; Inkadinkadoo:
Ink: Memento: black; Copic: markers*;
Ranger: distress inks: antique linen; smokey sky;
Dies: Spellbinders nestabilties: circles; PTI: blooms II; EK success: border punch;
Other: The greeting Farm: Washi tape; Vintage button; 3D foam;

Color Me Copic's ~ First Challenge

Over at the Color Me Copic blog... the very talented Rach has put together a wonderful tutorial on colouring your images in black & white and to celebrate we thought we would also have the theme as a challenge for all of you too. The Greeting Farm has very generously provided a fantastic prize too!

Here's my sample I thought these beautiful cheekies would suit the black and white theme very well. I decided to opt for old type photographs, but instead went for a Polaroid look! Which I have created by cutting my white cardstock with a square nesty and the picture part is a rectangle! Enhanced the aged look with a little distress ink!

I have created the tickets by stamping up the ticket in a line, with black ink directly onto kraft, trimming the sides and my crop-a-dile came in very handy for the holes. I've used the viva decor pearl paint using the Bazzill jewel template for the line of pearls.

Supplies: Patterned Paper: pink paislee: queen bee;
Stamps: The Greeting Farm: Cheeky beauty; Cheeky glamour; Inkadinkadoo: paperwork greetings;
Ink: Memento & Archival: black; Copic: markers*;
Ranger: distress inks: antique linen; Viva Decor: pearl liner;
Dies: Spellbinders nestabilties: squares; rectangles;
Other: Bazzill jewel template; crop-a-dile; 3D foam;

*Skin: E40, 41, 43, background and outfits: W-1, -3, -5, -7, 100 and the colourless blender!!!

I've based my card on the Friday sketchers #110, although I made this card the other day I just haven't had the chance to post it! so, hope you pop back tomorrow for a fabby Club Anya & Friends sketch!

Wild Card Wednesday ~ Kelly's Colour choice

Today over at Club Anya & Friends it's Wild Card Wednesday and this is one of Kelly's Favorite colour Combo's... Melon Berry, Chocolate and Aqua to inspire...

So this yummy BasicGrey paper inspired me to dig out an old greeting farm set 'pretty hat' although 'wild things' would have been perfect too (if I had it). I just love the characters included and they're adorable for any occasion! I have coloured them with my copics to co-ordinate with the challenge colours.

Supplies: Patterned Paper: BasicGrey: olivia;
Stamps: KennyKdigis: Mad Skillz; The Greeting farm: pretty hat;
Ink: memento: black; Copic: markers*; Ranger ~ distress inks: antique linen;
Dies: Spellbinders nestabilties: squares;
Other: WRMK: corner rounder; 3D foam;

*bunny: R20, 23, 43, RV34, doggy: E35, 47, 74, kitty: BG11, 13, G12 and a little colourless blender!!!

I have followed the Clean & simple sketch #98  for my card...  I moved the sentiment down just as it would cover up the images! Thanks so much for stopping by, I will have a card for Quixotic challenges later so hope you can pop back then too!!!
