Pop out Scene... Stampin Chic's
I'm a little late posting mine but here is the front of my card and have let the yummy busy paper do it's thang!!!
So onto the inside, this is what will be revealed when you open it, Don't think I'm lazy either for not colouring in (as you will know I Ycolouring) I was following an idea!!! got totally inspired to create a scene using cutouts like they do for the very famous Paddington Bear children's program. So I went to work and drew the bench, grass and trees, I used Clare's fabulous stamps for the rest of the scene! Then cut it all out and assembled so that it would lay flat when the card was closed. The Characters in Paddington Bear are always coloured in so I paper pieced the Chic with the patterned papers and coloured with my whispers pens.

Special Mum
I was really pleased with how this card turned out. My mum loves birthday cake and this background paper was a free sample from magazine. So I continued the colours and kept with cake theme. The faux stitching I created with a tracer tool and went over the holes with a pen and doodled a little on the cake. Then layered elements on 3d foam.

Paper: Free from crafts beautiful, K&Co playful, white linen.
Die's: Sizzix hinky dory, cuttlebug birthday cake, nestabilities scallop circle
Ink: cocoa colourbox chalk, American glitter markers.

Doodle Basket
Well... I really went to town with my doodling. Just couldn't help myself, I saw this idea of the card as a basket somewhere and can't find it now, sorry! These papers are form PM new floral collection, quite a vintage feel! OK where to start... Got my black pen and doodled on.... the scallop flower, the white flower, the stripes on top edge, the faux stitching on the scallop basket (which I created with my nestability square die and my stitch tracer wheel).
Then got my white gel pen and doodled on... the next scallop flower, and I drew the swirls, dots and flowers free hand on the basket. Stamps are Provo craft simply chic and HOTP sentiments.
I used some ribbon for the stem of large flower. Very pleased with all the doodles but feel the finished card is very dark.

Catching up.....

Next....
I used Felt and my favourite thing would have to be die cutting so combined the two. The stem and leaf I drew and cut by hand. The felt was die cut and the next layer I used ovals to create flower, then cut scallop and finished with a brad and sticky gem.

Kept it quite simple, mostly die cuts (of Course). I made a pocket inside to hold the tea without using any kind of adhesive on the bag.
Well I'm bit tired now there are a few more to show so hopefully i'll upload over the weekend. Thanks for stopping by HuGs Kim x
