Scrumdiddlyumptious Cup Cake

We're looking forward to drooling over strawberries and cream, ice cream sundaes, and long, cool cocktails - we're sure you'll make our mouths water with your delicious cards,

OK it's not a very summery food but this year we haven't had much of a summer to celebrate about! So... we all love cupcakes and you can have them all year round. Cover them in summery colours and you're nearly there, it's a little cup of treats!

Materials:
Paper: PM retro flower, 2tones banana card, DCWV textured stack,
Die's: Nestabilities circles, sizzix ice cream, Cb'g corner.
Other: flat gems, clear stardust pen, sanding, 3D foam.
