I wasn't trying for a monotone card but just wanted to use the colour blue, so with the Laura Ashley paper being the starting point I went with it! I am loving these stamps by Kim Hughes they're so pretty and versatile! The background I used a tracer to create faux stitching and Tim's distresser for edges and sanded a little!
Materials:
Paper: Laura Ashley collection, DCWV textured, cream card,
Die's: Sizzix ornate frame, flower charms, flower layers,
