SSS & Show... Something SPOoooOKY!!!

It's Monday and this week
Simon Says Stamp and Show...

Something SPOOKY

I decided to make a coffin shaped treat box from gorgeous Graphic 45 HALLOWEEN IN WONDERLAND  papers. Decorated the top with a small skeleton.

My spooky tag was created by inking some glossy card with distress inks, heat embossing the forgotten garden image from Tim Holtz URBAN TAPESTRY stamps. Then I sanded the background to distress it.

Using the spider from Wendy Vecchi BOTANICAL ART stamp as the starting point for the web, which I hand drew with WHITE INKSSENTIAL PEN. I then blended rusty hinge distress ink all over the tag to give a spooky glow and finished with red adhesive gem.

I hope it inspires and do check out the rest of the teams spookay creations!

Thanks for stopping by have a wonderfully creative day

  2. Wonderful project again this week, Kim. Your tag creeps me out, in a good way, of course! That stamp is absolutely perfect for this application and the web is sensational - great hand drawing piece there! And the spider with the orange rhinestone is the perfect finishing touch!
