STILL no telephone.... but managed ICS #18

Ouch still no telephone but I am trying to keep you all updated with my design team makes and hopefully will be back on track in a few days! I can't quite believe just how much I really rely on my Internet and computer, so while the other half is left to watch the little ones I have come armed to my mum's with laptop and chocolate and images and have ONLY spent the last 4 hrs trying to catch up Aaaaarrrrrrrrh and still have not finished...

This sketch designed by the very lovely Dawn will hopefully inspire you, find it at Inspirational Card Sketches....

I'm sure you know by now how experimental I can be and with out my telephone I've just a little more time for more fun with trying new things, LOL! The Damask I have stamped onto acetate and heat embossed with distress powders! Really love the end result how fun. I have embellished with little stickles to give a subtle sparkle and cut out, fixed in place with fabulous clear foam.
The rest is as simple as it looks and the papers just ooze yumminess, as does this gorgeous velvet ribbon! If you want to have a close look at the texture from the embossing just click on one of the images.

Materials:
Paper: October afternoon, Acetate,
Die's: Nesties - rectangles,
Stamps: CHF -
Kim Hughes -'Silhouette blooms', inkadinkado - damask,
Ink: Archival Ink - black, distress embossing pad,
Other: Adhesive stones, bg - button, distress embossing powder, stickles, AC - velvet ribbon, lace, clear & white 3D foam,
Hope you get the chance to have a go looking forward to being back on line and admiring your creations, thanks for stopping by, HuGs Kim x
