EZ Mounting

I ordered some of the beautiful stamps from Whiff of Joy, They are gorgeous and arrived ever so quickly, Thank you Katharina!
Now there are so many ways to mount unmounted stamps and I think every one has there own way but thought I would share what works for me... so here goes, I should probably try video recording soon! If you have any questions do ask, comments are at the top of my posts!
Yummy stamps arrived... so opened them
You can trim the red rubber at this stage if there's lots around the image!

I place the stamp etched side down on to the non sticky side of the EZ mount and take a pen and draw around

Then use a little sticky dots to adhere stamp to block/lid then ink up with Staz On and stamp into the drawn area!
As you can see in picture below, While the ink is drying I clean my stamp ready for the next step!

I cut the EZ mount on the pen line, you can angle your scissors ever so slightly so there's the littlest overhang!

Then take the backing off the cut EZ mount and place the red rubber in place
I have found this the neatest way to mount red rubber!

Using your fingers you can double check the image with the etching!

And I stamp on the back of EZ mount so I can get better placement of image if I need to and then I can be sure the image is the right way up too!

It's good to be able to see through your block/lid!

I store mine on a stamp ad store panel that's in a folder!

Here are the rest of the stamps mounted! Now just need to create!

If you don't like the pen on the edges it does rub off using a wet wipe!

Materials: EZ Mount, EZ storage

Ink: Pen, Staz On black,

Stamps: Whiff of Joy - Winter Charlotte with cat,

Thanks for stopping by! HuGs Kim x
