Caardvarks Valentine's and DCM - Red and White

Caardvarks - It's February! We've been waiting and waiting for February! Wanna know why? Because we have a month's worth of weekly challenges all about *LOVE*. We've teamed with Queen Kat Designs to bring you some fun challenges. We'll be posting a new challenge every Friday. DCM - "This week's and next week's dare are team dares - and we've decided to go nice and easy on you guys, as the past few dares have been pretty tricky ! This week, we decided on a colour combination for a change. We want you to design a card using only RED AND WHITE on your cards- it doesn't have to be a Valentine themed card - it can be any theme- as long as use incorporate RED and WHITE on it. So there you go ! Not too bad really eh? We look forward to seeing what you come up with."

This was a great dare, I really enjoyed the challenge. I stamped the red base card with white ep using fancy pants pollen dust frame. I then embossed with par avion postmark.

I cut the rectangles in patterned red and white paper and a white textured card. Then raised on 3d foam. I die cut the love sentiment and used with thin foam pads.

The Heart I was really pleased with, I have been trying for ages to get this fun flock to work well. I covered some grey board with red paper and then layered with double sided sheet. I die cut the heart removed the prtective film and poured red fun flock all over. I needed to rub the flock to get really good coverage.
