DCM - All Checked Out
Its my turn (Jane) to dare this week. Okay -are you ready ? For my dare you can choose any theme for the card BUT it must incorporate 'Checks', whether it be gingham paper or ribbon or squares, any thing really as long as it incorporates some kind of shape with 4 equal sides....... so go on- I dare you to think outside the square/step out of the box ..............easy as, eh ?!!
I noticed in my yummy fancy pants stamp set that there are quite a few checks, the right hand side of the card is a small row of squares that I repeatedly stamped to create a background. The heart on the main motif has checks on one half and the designer abstract paper has a soft checked pattern.
The heart was heat embossed with red ep, and the shadow for the sentiment is a bit dark but I wanted it to be seen. They are quite dark colours and think it would definitely suit a male.
I realise I am addicted to challenges now and just can't help myself. Thanks for Looking
Wow, who'd have thought you could make this many different sort of checks work together? This looks great!
